PLEASE NOTE: During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery due to the high volume of orders.
If your order is placed before 12:00pm you will receive same day dispatch. If your order is placed after 12:00pm please allow 1 business day for your order to be dispatched. Dispatch is this is not inclusive of shipping.
*Awaiting Fulfilment means your order has been successfully placed and is waiting to be sent out to you.
All international orders are sent using DHL Express, and delivery times are reliant on their schedules.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Runaway The Label does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges.Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary from country to country.
If these charges aren’t paid and the parcel is ‘Returned To Sender’, Runaway The Label will then give DHL authority to destroy the parcel. Therefore, the parcel will not be returned to our facility and no refund will be issued for the order. If the recipient refuses delivery of an order and DHL returns the parcel to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, or that arrangements are made directly with DHL for redelivery if needed.
