Processing of orders
Orders at Runaway the Label are processed during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays for the state of Texas, United States. If your order is placed before 12:00pm you will receive same day dispatch. If your order is placed after 12:00pm please allow 1 business day for your order to be dispatched. Dispatch is this is not inclusive of shipping. Once your order has been sent, DHL should email you directly with your tracking information. Your tracking number will be added to your order and it will be marked as shipped.
Shipping and Returns Shipping for United States Customers & rest of the world:
All parcels are sent via DHL using their Express Service. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 3-15 business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times. We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, Runaway the Label takes no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact your country's DHL.
Payment
Payment methods accepted by Runaway the Label include Credit Card via "Stripe" AFTERPAY , Apple Pay and Paypal. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Please note any payments made with "Stripe" may have an added processing fee. For domestic cards, the charge is 1.75%+3 cents and for International cards, the charge is 2.9%+3 cents. After your payment has been successful, you will receive an email with your invoice to confirm your order has been received.
Afterpay
Buy what you want today, pay for it over four equal fortnightly instalments. Use your debit or credit card, get approved instantly. Once you are approved by Afterpay, Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the card you want to use and automatic payments are scheduled for you. Afterpay returns
If you are after a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay as the payment method, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.

Custom, Taxes, and Duty Charges
Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. Runaway The Label do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. Runaway The Label cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on Runaway The Label they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order.
Refusing a shipment/paying duties and taxes
In the event a customer refuses DHL charges of customs and duties DHL will abandon the parcel in the recipients country and destroy the goods at Runaways cost. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are refused by the recipient.
Cancellation of orders
We regret to inform you that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and delivery of your items. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it.If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our customer support team at sales@runawaythelabel.com, and we will be happy to assist you within the constraints of this policy (Please note our customer care team operates 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday AEST). Runaway the Label reserves the right to cancel any orders if we are unable to fulfil an item. If you have ordered a set we will be in contact with you in regards to how you would like to proceed and you will be offered the below:- Store Credit to the value of 110%- The opportunity to change size or colour of your ordered item or to change to another item of the same value- A complete refund for the whole set or just the style no longer available.
Products missing from an order
In the rare case an item is missing from your order without notification, please contact us at sales@runawaythelabel.com with your order number, the product name/code of your missing item, images of the packaging for your order and images of the items you have successfully received so we can make the appropriate investigations. Please note our customer care team operates 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday AEST. Sometimes your order will be delivered in two parts. This means your missing item(s) will be on pre order and will be shipped once they become available.
Returns & Exchanges All returns to Runaway The Label are governed by our Returns Policy. Please choose carefully when purchasing marked-down items, as final sale items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy. Runaway The Label reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the garment is not returned in its original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Any garments returned with signs of wear, soiling, damage, or traces of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or laundry detergent will be rejected. If a return is rejected, the customer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping for the item to be sent back to them. If return shipping is not paid within a reasonable timeframe, the item will be donated to charity. Exchanges You may request an exchange when submitting your return through our returns portal. Exchanges will only be processed once your return has been received and approved by our returns team.

- All exchange items must meet our return condition requirements.
Our standard return processing timeframe is 2–10 business days from the date your return is received. Exchanges fall within this timeframe and will be actioned once the return has been fully approved. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, an exchange cannot be fulfilled and store credit will be issued instead. Store credit is valid for 3 years and can be used sitewide. Runaway The Label reserves the right to review our Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions may be subjected to change at any time. These changes may be made without you being informed. Such changes to be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
